Partner Abuse Intervention Program

PAIP is an educational program intended for those who have harmed others. Generally, individuals who enroll in the 26-week program are ordered to do so by a court, after being accused of some form of sexual violence or gender-based violence. However, anyone can enroll themselves in the program voluntarily. The program covers health and communication, education about how their behavior hurts people, and steps to take toward accountability. AAFS has six bilingual caseworkers who assist with the program.
