Arab American Family Services has teamed up with Yahala Voice, to run a half hour program called “Give it Back.” This donor-recipient program airs every Tuesday and Wednesday at 4 p.m. and is broadcast live, online and on 1450 A.M.
Give it back talks to clients of AAFS, who open up and tell their stories of what made them come to us in the first place, whether it was for Elderly Services, CEDA and LIHEAP assistance, or any other service. Guests are able to discuss their struggles, as well as how AAFS was there to assist them. Give it Back is also informative, as participants are able to give listeners tips on what to expect when seeking our services.
Again, the 30 minute segment will air on Tuesdays and Wednesdays throughout the month of Ramadan.
