With the start of the school year, Arab American Family Services is urging families who’s children may need assistance in homework to sign up for the Student Tutoring Program.
Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Bridgeview Community Center on 7900 S. Oketo. AAFS is still seeking more volunteer tutors.
So if you know a child that is in need of academic assistance or a tutoring volunteer that would like to help, please send them our way.
